Returns & Exchanges Policy

1. Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with consumer protection regulations, Clients may withdraw from the purchase within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery, without the need to state a reason.

2. Conditions for Returns

• Products must be returned in their original condition, unused, and with all packaging and labels intact.
• Returns of customized, digital, or perishable products will not be accepted unless they are defective or damaged.
• The Client shall be responsible for return shipping costs, except in cases of defective or incorrect products.

3. Exchanges

Exchanges may be made for another product of equal or greater value (the difference must be paid by the Client). Exchanges are subject to product availability.

4. Procedure

To request a return or exchange, the Client must contact El Guiri Studios by email at info@elguiristudios.com, providing the order number and reason for the request. Instructions for return shipment will be provided.

5. Refunds

Once the returned products are received and inspected, El Guiri Studios will issue the refund within 14 calendar days using the same payment method used for the original transaction (credit/debit card).

6. Defective or Incorrect Products

If the delivered product is defective or does not match the order, El Guiri Studios will assume all return and replacement costs.
