GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
- Acceptance of the Terms
By placing an order on this website, the customer (“the Client”) acknowledges having read, understood, and accepted these General Terms and Conditions, which shall apply to all transactions carried out through the site.
Elguiristudios.com reserves the right to modify the General Contractual Conditions at any time and without prior notice. The prices and conditions of sale are informative only and may be modified according to the fluctuations of the market.
- Ordering Process
- The Client selects the desired products and adds them to the shopping cart.
- Once the selection is complete, the Client proceeds to checkout, where the order summary, total price, and applicable taxes are displayed.
- The Client must provide accurate personal and payment information.
- By confirming the purchase, the Client enters into a binding agreement with El Guiri Studios.
- Prices and Taxes
All prices shown on the website include VAT or other applicable taxes, unless otherwise indicated. Prices are expressed in Euros (€).
- Payment Methods
Payment can only be made by credit or debit card (Visa, MasterCard, or other cards accepted by our payment provider). Payments are processed through a secure payment gateway. El Guiri Studios does not store or have access to Clients’ card details.
- Shipping and Delivery
Delivery times and shipping costs, if applicable, will be indicated during the purchase process. El Guiri Studios will make reasonable efforts to ensure timely delivery, but shall not be held responsible for delays attributable to third-party logistics providers or causes beyond its control.
The shipment will be delivered to the address indicated as the destination. It will be deemed to have been carried out when the person at that address accepts to collect the shipment.
It is the customer’s responsibility to provide correct details for delivery (names, addresses, postcodes, telephone numbers).
- Returns & Exchanges
The Client has the right to return or exchange products under the terms established in the Returns & Exchanges Policy set out below.
- Liability
El Guiri Studios shall not be held liable for misuse of the purchased products. Liability shall in no case exceed the value of the purchased product.
- Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by Spanish law. Any disputes arising from the interpretation or execution of these Terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Courts and Tribunals of Madrid, Spain, unless otherwise provided by applicable mandatory law.

The entire content of elguiristudios.com (from texts to photos, logos, designs, buttons, files, web code, etc.) is protected by intellectual and industrial property laws. The total or partial reproduction of this content is prohibited without the written authorisation of the company, including but not limited to changing, publishing, renting, licensing, selling or distributing.
